Getting started

CourierBD is a human-approved dispatch desk for Facebook shops in Bangladesh. It turns a pasted Messenger thread or incoming Page message into a reviewable draft, then sends an approved parcel to the configured courier.

The first workflow

1. Open the merchant desk and confirm your workspace.
2. Connect a courier account in Settings, or use the sample queue while testing.
3. Paste a buyer conversation into the parser.
4. Check the name, Bangladesh phone number, address, items, COD amount, and notes.
5. Choose the courier account and select Send to Courier.
6. Follow invoice, tracking, delivery, and RTO status from the desk.

CourierBD never auto-dispatches a parsed message. The merchant approval step is always required.

Before going live

Keep the first live dispatch small. Verify your courier credentials, send one controlled order, and confirm the returned tracking code in the courier portal. Read the dispatch guide before sending a production parcel.
