Dispatching an order

Dispatch is deliberately a two-step action: the parser fills a form, then a person confirms the final values.

Review checklist

• Phone is an 11-digit Bangladesh number beginning with 01.
• Address includes enough detail for the courier rider.
• COD amount matches the buyer's confirmed price.
• Item quantities and prices are correct.
• The selected courier account belongs to this workspace.

Send the parcel

Select Send to Courier after reviewing the form. CourierBD creates a unique invoice, calls the selected provider, and saves the resulting consignment ID and tracking code with the order.

If the courier rejects the request, the draft remains available for correction. Do not create a second parcel until you have checked the original invoice.
