Steadfast integration

Steadfast is the first supported courier path. Configure credentials inside the merchant Settings screen; CourierBD stores account credentials encrypted and only decrypts them for the provider request.

For status updates, the provider callback is persisted quickly, then processed by the status worker. The order ledger records the mapped state and retains the raw event history without exposing credentials.
